Anna O’Driscoll is the chief people officer of City Therapeutics. Ms. O’Driscoll is a seasoned executive who brings deep human resource experience within the life sciences industry. Most recently, she served as chief people officer at Cellarity, Inc. for three years, where she oversaw all areas of recruitment, development and talent retention, culture and engagement and communications. Prior to Cellarity, Ms. O’Driscoll was vice president of human resources at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals for five years and led the global human resources business partner and leadership development functions across 20 countries.

Before Alnylam, Ms. O’Driscoll held leadership roles of increasing responsibility and diversity with Shire Pharmaceuticals including head of talent strategy. She played an integral role in leading people-related aspects of Shire’s integration with Baxalta and helped design Shire’s first senior leadership development program. Earlier in her career, Ms. O’Driscoll worked in human resources a Johnson & Johnson. She holds an MBA from Boston College as well as degrees from Dublin City University and Technische Universität Berlin.
